Anger management

Anger is the root cause of all problems.Everyone knows this, but noone does anything about it.
Anger has a strange property of controlling the situation. The moment you get angry, the situation starts controlling you, rather than you controlling the situation.
For example, you are leaving for office and suddenly there is an unhappy incident. Now, do you get angry about the incident and spoil your day or try to forget the incident for the moment and go about your normal routine.

Often people repent for being angry. But then is anger controllable? Of course, it is. But, for that to happen, you need to define your limits of tolerance.

What is your limit of tolerence? Is it just the drop of a hat or a sight of a henious crime? At what point, do you think you should get angry. At what point could do you justify being angry?
If you could answer these questions, you have the solution for your problem.
